Alfredo He is co-founder and President of QoS Labs in Mexico, dedicated to Internet architectures and service-oriented knowledge management (Web 3.0) and of Spribo in the United States, dedicated to research and services in the field of Knowledge Networks. He is a member of the Executive Council and Coordinator of Living Labs of the Mexican Technology Platform for Innovation that serves as a vehicle for cooperation with the the European Union and Latin America, and a founding member and Co-Chair of the Mexico-United States Entrepreneurship and Innovation Council (MUSEIC Innovation Cluster Subcommittee as a vehicle for cooperation with the United States.
